JIPC Test

This is a little project that I have been working on for a few months. It is a little hokey now and then, but looks ok. It may be a little slow, depending on what system you are on. For the most part, it is still incomplete. I need to add some univeral interfaces so it isn't limited to Lidar data.

The JIPC classes were started by Raymond Garcia, also of SSEC. I got put on a project to get graphs on our pages, so i began developing for the classes. They will be made available at some undetermined time in the future. At current, it is just a mess of classes, we need to package-ize them.

The pop-up dialog requires a data file. any file consisting of columns of numbers will do. Sonde files are what I used for testing. just enter the full URL into the bar, and hit OK. in general, the other numbers are ok and i haven't fully implemented the comment char yet.
